If you'd like your Japa Bhakti Counter account and everything synced to it permanently removed, here's how.
Email your request. Send a message to bhaktivedanta.london@gmail.com from the same address you used to sign in with Google, with the subject "Delete my account."
We confirm and delete. We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account record and synced progress — round counts, Bhakti balance, unlocked items, streak history, and subscription link — from our systems.
Done within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation once it's complete. Any active Supporter subscription should be cancelled separately through Google Play, since Play Store billing isn't something we can cancel on your behalf.
Prefer not to email? You can also just delete the app and revoke its access directly from your Google Account's connected apps settings — this stops any future sign-in, though reach out to us as well if you want existing synced data actively erased rather than just orphaned.
Your account identity (name, email, profile photo reference), your synced chanting progress, unlock/equip state, and marketing-email preference are all removed. This does not affect purchase records Google Play itself retains for tax and legal purposes, which are outside our control.
